| Let's see...what's all happened since I last wrote a blog. I've met a great girl(Cameron) and things are going really awesome between us. The only thing that sucks is she lives in KC and I only get to see her on the weekends. But, I'm usually too busy during the week to really hang out, so that's really a non-issue. I've finally met a girl that makes me truly happy and loves me for me and doesn't want me to change a thing. Work still kind of sucks. I've been working lots of crazy hours. I've worked more closing(till 10) shifts in the last week than I have in the last 2 years. Since we are so short on assistant managers, some department managers have been acting as assistant and support managers. The OT is also available because for some reason our store had too high of productivity(Our sales per man hour was too high). First they say no OT at all, then it's available all we want. WM makes no sense at all. Plus we are shorthanded in other areas because alot of associates are helping with the remodel at Barry Rd #2857. Makes for lots of fun. And the most exciting news. The place I am living is scheduled to be remodeled in May and I have to move by the end of April. Well I went online and looked on roommates.com because I had a good experience when I did that in Omaha. well I e-mailed a guy about a place in SE St. Joseph whe was renting out a room. he e-mailed me back and said it was at woodbine and patee, and he was asking $400/mo, all utilities included(cable, internet, lights, garbage, water, laundry facilities). I went and looked at it this afternoon and it was awesome. The living area is a little bigger than my current one, i'd have my own shower and bath, and a private entrance. I think I will take it. I'm glad payday and bonus check is this week so hopefully I can get moved next week. I just hope the relocation money and refuundable deposit provided by the management of the place i am living now comes pretty soon and it will all be good. Well..that's all for now. a couple things.
1 - i got a new cell phone and number. i
went through t-mobile cause i got tired of my go phone and it wa
costing too much. the new number is 816--248-1762
2 - I am
single again. that relationship lasted a whole week and a half. I am
going to talk to her about it later today. Basically she said she liked
it better when we were just friends. I really really like her, but i
think it's also for the best.
3 - work majorly sucks balls right
now. it seems like i am doing nothing right at all. plus the m od reset
is taking longer than it is supposed to becausd i don;t have enough
people and there's just too much to do. hopefully tonight will be the
last night of doing overnights, but we'll see.
i'm off to bed and catch everyone later.

| Yes it's true, I'm going on vacation again in a month, only this time
with my mom, stepdad, and 2 younger brothers. We's going to branson for
a few days and then to texas to see my stepdad's parents who liveabout
a half hour from huntsville on lake livingston. About the best thing
that place has going for it is they have direct tv and I will be taking
my xbox and clint will be taking his game cube, and the suburban has a
tv.
Branson should be lots of fun as i haven't been there in
probably 12 years or so, and that was the place I really started
enjoying roller coasters. It should be fun hanging with my bros
although how long can i go without killing my stepdad.
SO if
any of my family/friends in OKC want to "kidnap" me as we're rolling
through OKC, try it. We will be in a tan suburban with MO plates. Not
saying it is gonna hapen, but it's wishful thinking on my part.
But
work for a few hours tomorrow. I did get a bit of news today. Lsat
friday I had heard through the grapevine that the toys department
manager postion at the other store in town was open I applied for it.
had the interview today, and found out I did not get the posiotion. I
have gotten several interview offers from other store I expressed an
interest in(sporting goods at the new store in grand Island, and
menswear at Barry Road), but I think I will stay at the south store for
now. I'd like a change, but I'm not in a position where I am able to
move. Plus Lisa would miss me too much, and since we're going to get
marriued someday, i dont know if she'd like living in oklahoma.
but i'm out.
